Return & Refund Policy

At FMCG Bazaar, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases.

We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. Our refund policy is designed to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • The following items are not eligible for refunds:

    • Perishable goods

    • Intimate or sanitary items

    • Hazardous materials

    • Flammable liquids or gases

Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days

  • Net Banking: 2-5 business days

  • Wallets: 1-3 business days

  • UPI: 2-7 business days

Please note that the time taken to process a refund depends on the payment processor and your bank.

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used. For example, if a credit card was used for the purchase, the refund will be credited to the same credit card.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it will need to follow the return process to be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

For items that need to be returned, FMCG Bazaar may provide a return shipping label or you may need to arrange shipping yourself, depending on the reason for the return. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Refund Tracking

After a refund is initiated, you will receive an email notification with details about your refund.

You can also track the status of your refund in your account dashboard.

Dispute Resolution

  • In case of issues related to your refund, please allow the standard processing time to complete before contacting us.

  • If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team.
